We currently only ship to Australia, using Australia Post.

We aim to ship all products within 2 days of ordering. Please allow 7 working days to receive your goods.
Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if; it is not what you ordered, damaged or you believe it to be faulty, via [email protected] .
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any candle that is faulty, damaged or not as described. The item needs to be returned to us, un-used, in the original packaging and the order confirmation included. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We endeavour to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.
You can cancel an order if we have not yet dispatched it; please contact as via [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will refund the cost of the order to the credit card on which the purchase was made.
